This drop-in class is perfect for beginners who want to explore what the Intro Course is all about, or for dancers looking to reconnect with and refine their foundational movements. Join us for a fun, energizing session filled with shimmies, fluid movement, and a full-body workout!

The Intro Course is designed to help you reconnect with your body and move with confidence. You’ll learn the foundations of belly dance technique while building strength, posture, and muscle awareness through isolations and intentional movement. We’ll also explore musicality and flow, so you can truly connect to the rhythm and expression of the dance.
